Altara Sticker Co. Page Update!

Hello all, this is a test update for Altara Sticker Co. to document the progress of our Sticker Store’s Launch! The two of us have been hard at work throughout the last few months trying to get things prepared for this store to finally come to life. It’s been a difficult journey and we’ve run into many roadblocks along the way.

We’ve learned a lot throughout this process. It’s been quite the journey. We’ve been creating everything from webpages, announcements, stickers, promotional materials, new products and a TON more. Even though there is a lot left to do, and even more to learn, we are proud of the progress we’ve made so far.

What Can You Expect in the Coming Months?

We don’t have an exact timeline for Altara Sticker Co.’s official launch yet, we know that we are shooting for the official launch to arrive in 2025. When in 2025? Not sure, there is simply a lot we still have to prepare and look into before we can give a more details. With that being said, there are many things that you can expect to see throughout the next couple months.

Mobile Webpage Rework

Our next project is to attempt to rework the mobile version of the webpage. I wanted to develop a completely unique design for it, but that isn’t quite possible in the webpage builder we are using at this time.

So the next best thing is to just try to optimize the design. I want it to be an enjoyable experience to use the mobile version of the page. I want people to be able to easily navigate and shop using their phones, while not compromising the overall identity of the webpage.

It has proved to be quite a challenging task but we’ve made a lot of headway and will continue to improve over the next few months.

Reworking our Header and Footer Designs & Editing Our Menu Options

Another change that you will notice is that our headers & footers will be changing, as well as the overall number of our site’s pages. You will notice many pages being overhauled or cut as we come closer to the official launch of the site.

Our footer is going to be the main rework area as it seemed quite cluttered and we’d like to find a better way to implement that in the webpage. You will notice many more changes as we figure out and finalize more of the final details on the site.

The header will see minor changes, there are things that I have been working on attempting to change, however, much like the mobile pages, the web builder we are using simply isn’t that great when it comes to headers. It’s something I can live with though, but there may be some minor changes as we move through the next few months.

More Accurate Mock-Up Stickers & Products

We will be implementing closer to life mock-up products and merch items to the site and store. These will be more detailed, closer to final prices (not going to have $115 stickers anymore lol) and their descriptions will act as a better representation of the final products.

We hope this will give a better idea of what our final products will entail and give you all a better idea of what we are actually going to be carrying in store. The final images and products will be kept private until we are prepared to launch the site officially, this way we can make adjustments without disturbing anything on the page.

Be patient with us on this, as this will more than likely, be one of the final changes we implement to the page and the descriptions and details will vary wildly, as we work to hone in on our voice and identity.

Image Overflow & More Stickers!

You will also notice a greater selection of imagery coming to the site. This again, will be something that comes towards the end of the process but it will be a nice change from all the placeholder images. We may begin to unveil some of the final imagery as we come closer to launch, but that is something we are still debating.

There are other updates coming as well, but these are the major/broader changes that we will be implementing.

With all of that out of the way, I thank you for taking the time to read this Altara Sticker Co. test Update of ours. We may create a few more of these as we narrow down on some specific changes we are working on to continue to test and push the site’s performance.
